• Partner with the Volkswagen Dealer Network to steer sales with customer service • Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with Franchise Directors, Dealer Principals and portfolio managers • Analyze retail area to define the sales objective per dealer per region • Recommend model allocations based on market preferences • Provide guidance on dealer marketing activities • Negotiate sales and customer service targets • Review quarterly business plans to ensure objectives are met • Identify gaps and opportunities in stock and sales report • Review dealer sales process for effective process adherence
• Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Marketing/ Commerce/ Business Management • Minimum of 5 years motor industry experience, ideally within some of the following fields: • - Product Planning. • - Sales Forecasting/ Volume Planning. • - Franchise Development • - Business/ Financial Management. • - Brand Management. • - Research Essentials • Ability to think strategically. • Ability to listen and communicate effectively at all levels. • Ability and confidence to negotiate with Dealer management. • Ability to drive, influence and persuade to achieve sales results
