• Provide mobile technical expertise to Audi dealers • Identify, analyze, and report causes for quality shortcomings in vehicles • Assist dealers in efficient repairs and customer satisfaction • Monitor and intervene in technical customer cases • Report quality issues to Product Support Team • Conduct technical update meetings with dealer service personnel
🎯 Requirements
• 5-7 years experience in the automotive industry • Associate Degree in Automotive Technology or equivalent degree or certification • Automotive High Voltage certification/training • Bachelor's Degree in Science with major in a technical subject or equivalent degree or certification (ASE A1-A8 + L1) • Strong problem-solving skills • Self-starter/Time management skills • Process development and adherence • Customer focused; service, support and experience
