The studio produces marketing materials and visual development assets for film, TV and related entertainment customers, working as a service provider to other businesses.

📋 Description

• Lead the EMEA Category Management team and direct category strategy execution across key spend categories • Develop preferred supply partners and lead regional supplier relationship management • Implement Volta's global sourcing standards, procurement policy and end-to-end procurement process • Own procurement plans for every active project in the EMEA portfolio • Track and secure long-lead equipment, including transformers, switchgear, generators, chillers and cooling infrastructure • Lead negotiation of regional supply and framework agreements with Procurement Legal Counsel • Oversee project procurement leads' standards, quality of output and career development • Partner with Regional Delivery, Project Delivery and Project Controls teams to align procurement sequencing with project stage gates • Provide regional vendor spend, risk and commitment visibility to the VP, Vendor Procurement and Global Delivery portfolio reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 10 or more years in procurement across data center, energy or large scale infrastructure construction • Direct experience across EMEA supply chains and vendor markets • Experience leading a category management team and enforcing sourcing discipline • Experience negotiating master and framework agreements and managing OEM relationships for long lead, capital-intensive equipment • Experience operating inside a matrix delivery organization • Comfortable working alongside legal counsel on complex commercial and contractual terms • Clear reporting and communication with senior stakeholders • Positive and collaborative approach • Right to work in the country where the role is based
