📋 Description
• Own day-to-day site safety across all contractors and activities • Implement Volta's safety standards and management system on site • Run inductions, inspections and audits to a disciplined rhythm • Manage contractor safety performance and hold the standard visibly • Lead incident response, investigation and corrective action • Report leading and lagging indicators honestly and on time • Ensure compliance with Nordic safety regulation • Coach site teams and build genuine safety ownership • Set the site's safety culture with the Project Delivery Manager • Apply fleet standards on site and report with total transparency
🎯 Requirements
• Construction safety experience on data center or major projects is essential • A recognized safety qualification such as NEBOSH or an equivalent • A record managing contractor safety on live sites • Calm, credible incident management • The presence to influence behavior on site daily • Willingness to be based in the Nordics through delivery
