📋 Description

• You will work hand in hand with our CMO to build new funnels, create ad campaigns, and further develop our marketing across diverse areas. • Our marketers say their work feels like “being an entrepreneur within the company.” • You will have a high degree of freedom and creative latitude, but also responsibility.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in online marketing (funnel building / running ads / copywriting / ...) • Apprenticeship as a marketer in an industrial company, an online marketing course, a degree, or similar are not sufficient on their own. • Demonstrated understanding, curiosity, and passion for marketing • Demonstrated interest and knowledge of current and emerging digital channels and platforms • Proven ability to gather and process customer and market feedback and to develop creative, solution-oriented responses • Able to handle strong criticism without being demoralized • Ability to take ownership of projects • Willingness to work proactively and assist others when needed • Open-mindedness, a positive attitude, and enthusiasm • Ability to collaborate with creative team members, including designers and copywriters • Ability to deliver high output • Willingness to work hard
