📋 Description

• Review applications to screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational needs. • Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment. • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline by networking and leveraging recruitment tools. • Provide detailed candidate evaluations and recommendations to the hiring team. • Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and refine candidate profiles. • Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices to enhance candidate sourcing and evaluation.

🎯 Requirements

• Masters, Bachelors or post-graduate diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field. • Master’s Level program enrollment or completion is preferred but not mandatory. • Capable of evaluating candidate qualifications and providing well-informed recommendations. • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. • Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and implementing best practices. • Strong communication and strong accountability to effectively engage in your work and contribute in a team environment ultimately driving success within Human Resource efforts. • Proficient communication in English (both verbal and written) is required. • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • New graduates are encouraged to apply. • Previous experience in recruitment, candidate screening, or talent acquisition is an asset.
