📋 Description

• Shape the strategic roadmap for Employee Benefits technology capabilities and business solutions • Partner with senior business leaders to identify opportunities improving customer, employer, and operational experiences • Establish business outcomes, success measures, KPIs, and adoption targets • Serve as business product owner for claims metrics and reporting, defining strategy, roadmap, and prioritized backlog • Translate business needs into requirements and acceptance criteria for operational and external-facing reports, dashboards, and claims metrics • Connect claims metrics and reporting insights to actionable operational outcomes with Underwriting, Pricing, and Actuarial teams • Lead prioritization of enhancements, defects, and new capabilities • Provide business direction for technology delivery plans, regulatory requirements, customer experience, and operational impacts • Lead operational readiness planning, including process changes, training, communications, support impacts, and adoption risks • Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, development teams, QA, and operations stakeholders • Represent the business in sprint planning, release planning, prioritization, and backlog management • Resolve business obstacles and provide decision support to delivery teams • Develop internal and external communication plans with marketing and sales enablement teams • Monitor delivery progress, readiness, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans • Oversee business testing and UAT, including planning, resource coordination, defect management, and final sign-off • Support release readiness reviews, implementation decisions, and production deployments • Monitor post-production outcomes and coordinate issue resolution, stabilization, and feedback • Drive post-implementation adoption, hypercare, readiness checkpoints, user enablement, issue triage, and feedback collection • Present roadmap priorities, delivery updates, risks, decisions, and outcomes to leadership • Build partnerships enabling strategic initiatives and measurable business outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • 5+ years of product delivery, product management, business analysis, or digital product leadership experience • Hands-on FINEOS experience required • Experience with digital portal capabilities, customer-facing applications, self-service platforms, reporting capabilities, or analytics solutions • Experience building reporting and claims metrics capabilities across operational, leadership, and external-facing reports and dashboards • Ability to translate business requirements into operational and external-facing reports • Ability to translate claims metrics into operational outcomes and partner with Underwriting, Pricing, and Actuarial teams • Experience in Agile and Scrum delivery environments • Strong understanding of SDLC, release management, and testing methodologies • Experience leading operational readiness, change adoption, training coordination, stakeholder communications, hypercare, and post-launch stabilization • Experience within Employee Benefits, Disability, Absence, Leave Management, Life, and/or Supplemental Health • Experience partnering with IT Product Owners and cross-functional technology teams • Knowledge of reporting platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, Business Objects, or similar tools • Experience supporting digital transformation, modernization, and business capability improvement initiatives • Knowledge of accessibility, usability, and digital experience best practices
