📋 Description

• Sales & Business Development • Preparation of compelling proposals and negotiation of attractive sales contracts • Establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with key purchasing decision-makers • Independently executing business development activities to expand our market share • Strengthening partnerships with customers and business partners across the region • Strategic planning & market analysis • Designing and implementing targeted sales and marketing plans for your sales territory • Analyzing market trends and the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions • Identifying growth opportunities and developing tactical approaches to realize them • Representing the company at trade shows and industry events • Organizing and executing regional marketing initiatives • Achieving and exceeding sales targets • Meeting contribution margin targets • Fulfilling growth and expansion objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical training or equivalent qualification • At least 5–7 years of proven professional experience in sales, marketing and business development • Technical expertise with a strong application-oriented understanding • Experience with sensor and/or weighing technology is an advantage • Fluent German and English, spoken and written • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail • Patience combined with assertiveness in negotiations
