📋 Description

• Lead the visual direction and design language for the VulcanForms brand across digital (including socials) and physical platforms. • Build and maintain guidelines for typography, color, layout systems, iconography, motion, photography, and overall visual identity. • Produce high quality design work for website pages, campaigns, technical diagrams, workflow illustrations, and strategic presentations. • Partner closely with leadership, sales, engineering and product teams to translate complex processes into clear, accurate content. • Work with leadership to build assets for launches, customer programs, trade shows, investor communications, and external storytelling. • Participate in reviews and provide crisp, constructive feedback to teammates. • Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all materials. • Stay current with design, motion, and visualization trends that elevate technical storytelling.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience designing for complex or technical industries • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, digital product design, or equivalent experience • A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual design skills, including layout, typography, hierarchy, color, and iconography • Experience supporting trade shows, environmental graphics, or physical installations • Experience developing or extending visual design systems and brand guidelines • Expertise with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office • Ability to convert technical concepts into clear, accurate visuals without oversimplifying • Confidence collaborating with engineers, product managers, and cross functional teams • Strong communication and presentation skills with a collaborative mindset.
