• Own the strategy behind our organic content machine across YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, newsletters, community, and long-form media • Audience research and market intelligence • Content ideas, hooks, titles, thumbnails, and creative briefs • Recurring content franchises and editorial themes • Student success story strategy • Quant firm breakdowns, salary reports, recruiting insights, and career content • Organic lead generation from content • Content calendar and production workflow • Performance analysis and iteration • Managing editors, researchers, producers, and contractors as the team grows

• You have built or helped grow a serious organic content engine before • You understand YouTube, short-form video, LinkedIn, and newsletters • You know how to turn technical or niche topics into compelling stories • You understand hooks, titles, thumbnails, retention, and audience psychology • You are creative, analytical, and performance-driven • You care about leads and revenue, not just views • You can manage editors, researchers, producers, and contractors • You want ownership in a fast-moving startup environment
