📋 Description

• Professional community management across multiple social media channels — including excellent customer service as well as creative brand‑love entertainment. • Assistance in organizing campaigns, live events and sweepstakes. • Independent project management and regular coordination with our client base. • Analysis of social insights, creation of sentiment analyses and social listening. • Community management strategy: from high‑quality engagement to crisis prevention. • Maintenance and further development of internal knowledge bases. • Support for our Social Media Managers in editorial planning and content creation. 🎯 Requirements

• Degree in media/communication studies, marketing/PR, social media, journalism, German studies or a comparable field preferred. • Experience in community management or digital customer service desirable — career changers are welcome. • Confident written expression and flawless spelling/grammar in German (non-negotiable). • Creative writing skills and a strong sense of tone for common social media channels. • High empathy and sensitivity when handling critical topics. • Passion for the social web and digital trends. • Good spoken and written English and solid Microsoft 365 skills, including MS Teams.
