📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for property owners, ensuring satisfaction and timely issue resolution. • Manage owner communications, provide regular updates, and answer questions about property performance metrics and operational activities. • Handle financial and marketing questions; explain performance metrics and revenue insights clearly. • Resolve conflicts or concerns with professionalism and empathy; escalate issues to management as needed. • Collaborate with remote property managers to oversee home operations and ensure smooth communication between teams. • Proactively identify opportunities to improve owner satisfaction and increase home performance. • Communicate effectively via email and phone to ensure owners feel heard and supported.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service, account management, or customer success experience. • Experience in property management, real estate, or hospitality is a plus. • Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to handle challenging conversations with confidence. • Comfortable working Tuesday-Saturday, CST • Customer-focused – enjoy building relationships and providing excellent service. • Personable and outgoing – comfortable making phone calls and engaging with owners. • Problem solver – able to de-escalate situations and find solutions. • Well-spoken and well-written – articulate complex topics simply and professionally. • Sales-minded – understand how to position things positively and influence outcomes. • Organized and proactive – manage multiple properties and stay ahead of issues. • Tech-savvy – comfortable with Slack, Google Suite, and learning new systems. • Fast-paced and adaptable – thrive in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
