• Build and lead a highly efficient, accountable, customer-first inbound setter team capable of scaling without operational bottlenecks, performance ambiguity, or burnout. • Coach, mentor, and develop setters through ongoing performance management and accountability. • Facilitate daily setter huddles with structure, intention, and performance focus. • Conduct regular one-on-one performance conversations with team members. • Review and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance trends. • Hold team members accountable to KPIs, scheduling standards, communication expectations, and operational consistency. • Identify high performers, growth opportunities, coaching gaps, and role misalignment quickly and objectively. • Create and enforce clear scheduling expectations and availability standards. • Develop and maintain onboarding and ramp plans for all new inbound setters. • Ensure setters execute implementation and inbound calls with confidence, structure, empathy, and efficiency.
• Proven leadership experience managing remote sales, setter, customer success, or high-performance operational teams • Strong understanding of inbound sales processes, KPIs, scheduling management, and conversion performance • Exceptional communication, coaching, and accountability skills • Highly organized with strong operational awareness and attention to detail • Comfortable making decisive leadership recommendations • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced scaling environment • Experience with CRM systems, reporting dashboards, and remote communication tools • Alignment with WarriorBabe’s mission, standards, and customer-first philosophy.
