• This is a critical position responsible for revitalizing the brand in the Japanese market by rebuilding the sales foundation and leading business growth through establishing strong relationships with both new and existing physicians and patients. • 日本市場でのブランドの再活性化に向けて売上基盤の再構築を担い、新規・既存ともに医師や患者との強い関係構築を通じたビジネス成長をリードする、非常に重要なポジションです。 • Customer Management: Formulate and execute a strong sales strategy, identify key customers and KOLs, listen to customer insights, provide consulting recommendations, and lead new customer development. • 販売プロモーション: トレーナーやマーケティングと協働し、適切なトレーニング・セミナーを企画・提供する。四半期ごとの販売目標を達成し、クリニックスタッフや医師に対するトレーニングを行う。 • Business Planning and Reporting: Conduct segmentation analysis, establish sales forecasts and strategies, submit weekly reports, and manage monthly reports, sales, and expense budgets. • 業界・製品知識: 美容医療および化粧品業界に関する知識を持ち、ブランド戦略や事業計画を熟知し市場トレンドを把握すること。
• Over 5 years of sales experience. • Experience in skincare, aesthetic medicine, or related industries is preferred. • Experience working in a foreign company is a plus. • Experience in achieving business growth based on short/long-term sales strategy formulation. • Extensive experience in conducting seminars and briefings for healthcare professionals. • Experience in planning and implementing physician communication plans in collaboration with marketing, such as conferences and seminars. • Knowledge and understanding of data and analysis. • Ability to collect and analyze the latest market and customer information and appropriately share it within and outside the team. • 下記のいずれか: 5 年以上営業経験。 • スキンケアや美容医療、関係する業界の経験があることが望ましい • 外資系企業の勤務経験があると尚好し • 短期/長期の営業戦略立案をもとに、ビジネスの成長を達成した経験 • 医療従事者向けのセミナーや説明会を実施した豊富な経験 • 学会やセミナーなど、マーケティングと協業した医師向けコミュニケーションプランを企画・実施した経験 • データや分析の知識と理解がある • 最新の市場・顧客情報を収集・分析し、チーム内外に適切に共有することができる
