• Manage 1-2 direct reports, conducting consistent 1:1 meetings • Lead the development and execution of medium/large-scale projects • Balances workload of multiple projects • Strategically plans workflows based upon deliverables • Manage day-to-day client relationships, establish credibility and anticipate client needs • Develop, manage and reconcile project budgets of $500K-$1.5M • Create a positive, collaborative teamwork environment
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree • 4+ years relevant agency experience (preferably in the experiential, sports or entertainment field) • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and always possess a ‘can-do’ attitude • Exceptional written and oral communication skills • Strong attention to detail and highly organized • Ability to remain calm under pressure and react gracefully to unexpected events/developments • Capable of navigating tough issues with a solution-oriented attitude • Able to independently represent Wasserman among mid-senior level clients
