📋 Description

• Work on international strategic projects, using qualitative and quantitative data to guide design decisions, ensuring solutions address real user and business problems; • Operate strategically, facilitating alignment between design, product, and engineering, leading ideation workshops, supporting priority setting, and tracking the impact of initiatives; • Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, applying co-creation dynamics with developers, business areas, and stakeholders to generate shared impact; • Design scalable solutions, contributing to experience consistency across the product ecosystem and supporting the development of design systems; • Continuously deepen knowledge of the Telecom and Utilities market, understanding challenges and opportunities to propose solutions aligned with the company's strategic objectives; • Experiment and validate hypotheses, testing ideas quickly, learning from results, and iterating solutions to increase relevance; • Contribute to team growth by supporting and mentoring less experienced designers, strengthening the design culture.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced or fluent Spanish with experience working with international clients; • Ability to analyze and structure complex problems; • Ability to explore different paths and solutions without attachment to a single approach; • Critical thinking and curiosity to investigate causes, form hypotheses, and validate ideas; • Active collaboration in multidisciplinary contexts; • Openness to feedback and willingness to iterate based on different perspectives; • Solid experience as a Product Designer, preferably in a technology environment; • Portfolio demonstrating the ability to transform complex challenges into clear, impactful solutions; • Fluency in discovery and research processes and across the entire product design lifecycle; • Data-driven mindset, connecting metrics and evidence to design decisions; • Strong communication, strategic vision, and a mindset focused on generating real business impact; • Experience in SaaS and B2B environments (plus); • Previous experience in the Telecom and Utilities market (plus); • Experience in strategic projects delivering high-impact solutions (plus).
