📋 Description

• Develop and strengthen the firm’s positioning within a key account in the luxury, retail, or services sectors • Develop and maintain the client relationship with a long-term partnership approach • Identify and prospect new decision-makers within the account • Organize and lead client meetings with consulting teams • Present the firm and its expertise, and identify new business opportunities • Ensure client satisfaction and implement action plans • Manage the pre-sales cycle for consulting services • Qualify client needs, develop the response strategy, draft the commercial proposal, and present it to the client • Coordinate the managers and consultants contributing to responses to tenders and requests for proposals • Negotiate the commercial proposal with Procurement departments and secure the sale • Analyze the potential of the client environment and target priority areas • Define and manage commercial action plans • Build a network among senior influencers in collaboration with Wavestone’s top management

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate of a leading engineering or business school, or a leading university • Strong interest in business development and complex sales • Interest in the luxury, retail, or services sectors • Curiosity, strong analytical skills, and the ability to quickly become proficient in new topics • Client-focused, with excellent interpersonal skills and a dynamic approach • Results-driven and motivated by challenges • Fluent in English • Eagerness to learn • Seeking a stimulating work environment within a well-established and rapidly growing consulting firm
