📋 Description

• Lead the design and implementation of complex frontend features using TypeScript and React, ensuring high-quality, reusable components that scale across our financial products • Provide technical leadership in architectural decisions and establish best practices for frontend development • Partner with product and design teams to define and implement intuitive interfaces that help ecommerce brands access and manage their funding • Drive improvements in performance, accessibility, and user experience across our platform • Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high code quality standards • Collaborate with backend teams to design and implement robust API integrations • Lead technical discussions and contribute to the team's technical strategy • Identify and proactively address technical debt and system scalability challenges

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience • 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with deep expertise in frontend development • Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and extensive experience with React and modern frontend architectures • Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript fundamentals with a focus on performance optimisation • Strong experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and managing complex state • Solid understanding of Python and Django, with the ability to mentor others • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and maintaining high-quality testing practices • Proven track record of leading technical initiatives and mentoring junior developers • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems • Excellent communication abilities and experience managing stakeholder relationships
