📋 Description

• Own the full lifecycle of modern technology initiatives from planning through launch • Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Application Engineering teams to shape objectives • Orchestrate seamless releases and ensure deliverables meet quality standards • Align resources, remove obstacles, and provide transparent updates to stakeholders and senior leadership • Champion Agile/Scrum practices across Application Engineering efforts • Foster self-organization, continuous improvement, and psychological safety • Identify and remove impediments • Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution • Enhance transparency and stakeholder engagement • Support product backlog refinement and maintenance • Lead with a servant leadership mindset • Collaborate with Operations to track defects and ensure SLAs are met • Leverage AI tools and analytics for planning, risk management, and delivery optimization • Promote AI-driven automation and insights • Integrate emerging technologies into delivery processes • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Manager • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles • Strategic thinking and excellent communication skills • Demonstrated leadership in facilitation, conflict resolution, and transparency • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • Willingness to travel periodically • Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies • Proficiency with Jira, JSM, and Confluence
