📋 Description
• Manage condition clearing and documentation workflows. • Monitor pipeline progression and operational SLAs. • Ensure loan files meet quality and completeness standards. • Coordinate activities across underwriting, title, valuation, and closing. • Resolve operational bottlenecks and escalations. • Maintain workflow controls and process documentation. • Drive operational efficiency and service improvements.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's, Associate's, or equivalent degree. • 10+ years of experience in Non-QM residential mortgage processing. • Proven experience leading mortgage processing or pipeline management teams in a high-volume lending environment. • Hands-on experience with Loan Origination Systems (e.g., Encompass, Byte, LendingPad). • Strong knowledge of Non-QM loan products and applicable mortgage regulations.
