📋 Description

• Software development: Design and implementation of maintainable, well-tested backend services and full-stack applications with a strong focus on Clean Code, TDD and clean architecture • AI application design: Development of business-specific AI applications based on existing large language models (LLMs) • System and data integration: Integration of existing AI models and services into existing systems and workflows • API development: Designing, documenting and delivering clean APIs for communication between AI and other software components • Testing and validation: Building automated tests and CI/CD pipelines as well as continuously evaluating and improving software components and RAG pipelines

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, ideally in a senior role • Advanced knowledge of Python or a comparable language; TypeScript and/or C# are a plus • Practical experience with Clean Code principles, Test Driven Development, automated testing and code reviews • Solid knowledge of RAG pipelines and vector databases, as well as hands-on experience with LLM-based applications • Strong backend foundation as a clear focus, complemented by frontend basics (e.g. TypeScript/React) • Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities and consistently align solutions with concrete business value • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams • German language skills at a minimum of B2 level, both written and spoken
