📋 Description

• As a freelance trainer at WBS TRAINING, you represent your area of expertise with passion and foresight • In your role as a trainer, the primary goal is the competence development of course participants • In your lesson design you act both as a content provider and as a learning facilitator—Learning 4.0! • This includes subject-specific instruction delivered from the home office in the WBS LearnSpace 3D® • Designing and applying various teaching methods for course delivery • Preparing and conducting assessments of learning outcomes • Participating in quality assurance measures • Enthusiasm for innovative concepts for individualized, practice-oriented knowledge transfer

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree • Professional and project experience as a consultant • Experience as a trainer, ideally in publicly funded continuing education and in online teaching • Current SAP S/4HANA certification • Proof of pedagogical aptitude (e.g., P2WTTT certificate, AEVO) • Methodological and didactic skill in conveying teaching content • Independent and structured working style with a high level of personal responsibility • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
