📋 Description

• Own a book of existing clients and past prospects • Make frequent phone calls and hold real client conversations • Re-engage clients who have not heard from the company and past prospects who did not finish the process • Run policy reviews and answer questions about policy loans and PUAs • Coordinate service so clients feel looked after while the operations team handles paperwork • Identify opportunities such as new capital, business sales, or growing families • Ask for the next step and book clients with IBC strategists • Ask happy clients for referrals and follow up until they become conversations • Introduce clients to the Passive Income Lab when appropriate • Identify clients at risk of leaving and contact them proactively • Log every call and next step in HubSpot • Own weekly metrics including contacts, opportunities, referrals, and cases

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in sales, account management or client relationships, ideally in insurance, financial services or wealth management • Track record of hitting targets while keeping clients happy • Comfortable on phone and video calls all day • CRM discipline; HubSpot is a plus • Active life insurance license, or willingness to get licensed within 60 days • Understanding of whole life insurance or Infinite Banking is a big plus; training is provided • Must submit a résumé and short video discussing personal background, sales background, client services background, and an example of serving a client that led to more business or a referral • Finalists must complete a Culture Index survey and live role-play call • Strong attention to detail in the application process
