• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Take ownership of specific workflows, developing and implementing robust data and reporting practices • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document requirements and perform impact analysis • Develop, document, and deliver functional reporting solutions • Serve as a change agent in process improvements • Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of quality, accuracy, and relevance • Train and mentor junior analysts
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or another quantitative field, or relevant experience • 4+ years in an analytical role • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Robust quality control skills • Self-motivated and proactive • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and SQL
