📋 Description

• The Lead Developer at Contáctica is a strategic and hands-on technology leader responsible for designing, developing, and delivering robust, secure, and scalable digital solutions. • This role demands deep technical expertise, proven experience in infrastructure and web development, and strong leadership capabilities to drive both the team and the technology forward. • We’re looking for someone with 8+ years of experience in full-stack development and infrastructure, including at least 5 years leading technical teams or complex projects. • You’ll be responsible for building custom tools integrated with third-party services (APIs, CRMs, marketing platforms), while championing best practices and promoting innovation. • You will collaborate closely with analytics, media, and commercial teams to translate business needs into high-impact technology solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. • 8+ years of hands-on experience in web development and infrastructure. • 5+ years of experience in leading technical teams or managing complex development projects. • Proficiency in: HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript (Node.js, Next.js, Astro.js) WordPress (theme/plugin development, optimization) MySQL databases Git (version control and collaborative workflows) Deployment on VPS, serverless environments, and cloud (Azure) Server administration: Apache and Nginx Experience in API integrations and automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n). • Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud (desired). • Understanding of DevOps practices: CI/CD, monitoring, automation (desired). • Knowledge of OWASP security principles and vulnerability scanning tools.
