• We’re looking for a talented and experienced Technical Solution Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform to join our growing team. • In this role, you’ll drive the design and implementation of innovative business solutions that streamline processes, empower users, and enable digital transformation for our clients. • Duties & Responsibilities: • Lead the design, development, and implementation of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions. • Conduct discovery and architecture workshops to translate business needs into technical solutions. • Define solution architecture and technology choices aligned with Microsoft best practices. • Design and execute migration plans, including data modelling and integration with external systems (e.g. using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, APIs). • Oversee solution performance optimisation and scalability. • Guide delivery teams, ensuring high-quality standards in customisation, development, and deployment. • Build custom components, workflows, and automations using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power Virtual Agents. • Maintain architecture documentation for both technical and business stakeholders. • Stay up to date with Microsoft ecosystem changes and evolving technologies. • Coach and mentor team members and support internal tool development and best practice sharing. • Support pre-sales activities when needed, including demos and solution design input.
• 8+ years of CRM implementations experience - Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or earlier versions of Dynamics CRM preferable. • Proven experience as a Solution Architect in at least 4 end-to-end D365 projects. • Strong technical background in: • Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents • Azure Services: Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management • .NET, Web APIs, SSIS, SQL Server • Data modelling, security configuration, system integrations • Experience designing and deploying scalable, high-performance CRM architectures. • Knowledge of DevOps and deployment automation (manual & automated). • Previous experience in building internal frameworks or best practices for delivery teams. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. • Experience in pre-sales activities such as client demos and technical advisory.
