• 2–4+ years editing direct-response video ads for DTC brands • Strong portfolio of high-converting paid social ads (Meta/TikTok) • Fluency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or After Effects • Experience with performance-driven storytelling — you think in hooks, CTAs, value props • Ability to work fast and stay organized across multiple projects • Working knowledge of AI tools (Runway, ChatGPT, Pika, Descript, etc.) • Solid written and verbal English.
