🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to set, track, and adjust strategies based on ROI • Numbered ROI results that you can point to as you have delivered specific marketing results - ideally for accountants and/or bookkeepers, and at least for small business owners • Business ownership experience yourself (so you know how to empathise and relate to our clients) • Autonomous: Able to create marketing strategies and campaigns independently, and assist with their execution • Able to roll up your sleeves and create content, ads, or campaigns if needed • Overall knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and detailed marketing campaign elements; however, we support a deeper knowledge through training, on-the-job experience, and live projects • Bonus but not required: Experience working with accountants and bookkeepers • Familiarity with accounting industry
