📋 Description

• Work closely with the **Talent Acquisition team** to support hiring needs across **Europe** • Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and candidate profiles • Manage and support the **end-to-end recruitment process** for Europe-based roles • Source, identify, and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs • Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates against role requirements and overall fit • Share shortlisted candidates with relevant notes and recommendations • Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience • Support with market mapping and talent insights across key European markets • Maintain accurate recruitment updates and candidate tracking • Represent the company professionally and positively in the market

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in **recruitment / talent acquisition**, ideally with exposure to **Europe-based hiring** • Experience working **in-house** or in close partnership with internal TA / People teams • Strong sourcing and headhunting capability • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Good understanding of the **European talent market** • Organized, responsive, and delivery-focused • Able to work both **collaboratively** and **independently**
