📋 Description

• Manage and optimize IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments, to ensure high availability and performance. • Implement monitoring tools to proactively detect and resolve issues, minimizing downtime. • Collaborate with development teams to facilitate continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) processes and support deployment of software solutions. • Enforce cybersecurity measures and compliance protocols to protect data and IT assets. • Lead IT projects, including system upgrades and new integrations, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT operations, with a proven track record in managing complex IT environments. • Strong technical knowledge of network architectures, data centers, and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS and GCP). • Expertise in implementing monitoring solutions and managing IT security practices. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Expertise with regulatory compliance and standards such as ISO 27001, SOC2, or similar. • Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM). • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for rapid software deployment.
