📋 Description

• Lead and manage the monthly book-closure process with accuracy and timeliness. • Coordinate with internal business teams to ensure timely receipt and processing of vendor invoices. • Collaborate with Sales/Program teams to generate revenue invoices and monitor collections. • Support the Finance Controller/Head of Finance in preparing monthly MIS reports and other ad-hoc financial analyses. • Manage working capital requirements and ensure efficient cash flow operations. • Liaise with external consultants to ensure timely completion of all tax and statutory compliance activities. • Oversee accounts consolidation and coordinate annual audit activities. • Handle payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance across related functions.

🎯 Requirements

• CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) with 3–5 years of relevant experience. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Proficiency in using accounting platforms and financial tools. • Exposure to international taxation and compliance is an added advantage. • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
