📋 Description

• Collaborate with AI research teams to improve model understanding and reasoning in the Chemistry domain. • Create and maintain annotation standards specific to Chemistry, ensuring precision and consistency. • Develop rubrics, evaluation frameworks, and guidelines to assess AI reasoning and task performance. • Design complex, domain-relevant Chemistry tasks and provide accurate, well-structured solutions. • Review and evaluate Chemistry tasks, offering clear and constructive feedback to enhance data quality. • Work with other Chemistry experts to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality outputs across projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Location: Based in the United States • Education: M.S. or Ph.D. in Chemistry • Experience: At least 2+ years of professional or research experience in Chemistry, ideally at a reputable institution. • Preferred Sub-Domains: Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Biochemistry, Cheminformatics & Data Science, or Quantum Chemistry. • AI Familiarity: Understanding of or exposure to AI-related workflows is a plus. • Commitment: ~40 hours/week (minimum of ~20 hours/week). Participation in calibration calls with research teams 2–5 times per week.
