• Designation: General Manager – Sales & Marketing • Department: Sales & Marketing • Location: West India • Reporting To: Head – Marketing & Sales • Nature of Work: Full-time leadership role focused on strategy, execution, and team management with extensive travel • Education: Postgraduate degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or related life sciences; Management qualification (preferably in Marketing) desirable • Experience: 15–20 years in B2B sales of medium to large pharmaceutical or nutraceutical products, with a proven record of leading teams and achieving business growth • Industry Preference: Pharmaceuticals | Nutraceuticals | Probiotics | Health Supplements | FMCG | Science-based Wellness Products
