📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end execution of data-driven marketing programs across customer engagement channels. • Responsible for building automated journeys, audience segmentation, and personalized communications. • Design, build, and optimize automated customer lifecycle journeys. • Develop targeted audience segments and implement dynamic content personalization. • Create and manage automated workflows, triggers, and real-time communications. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance campaign strategy. • Build responsive email templates and digital assets using HTML/CSS. • Analyze campaign data and measure impact using performance metrics. • Maintain clean and structured customer data for segmentation, reporting, and execution. • Troubleshoot technical issues related to data flows, integrations, and automation logic.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing automation • Strong hands-on experience in advanced marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar) • Expertise with automation workflows, multi-step journeys, and segmentation frameworks. • Proficiency with personalization scripting (e.g., AMPscript or equivalent). • Solid HTML/CSS skills for template development and responsive email design. • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with experience in campaign performance analysis. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
