📋 Description

• Architect, implement, and manage Privileged Access Security solutions with emphasis on BeyondTrust (Bomgar) and secure remote access workflows. • Administer and optimize PAM platforms to enforce least-privilege access, privileged credential vaulting, session monitoring, and policy governance. • Strengthen secure remote support operations and privileged connectivity for internal teams and vendors. • Replace and retire legacy/insecure remote access tools (such as TeamViewer and Bitvise) with enterprise-grade solutions. • Collaborate with network and infrastructure teams on firewall policies, secure tunneling, and access-control enhancements. • Integrate PAM with identity systems, MFA tokens, SSO, and directory services including RSA, LDAP, and CA SiteMinder. • Troubleshoot IAM/PAM issues, particularly around RSA token management, multi-factor authentication, and access failures. • Create and maintain detailed documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational guidelines. • Support audit, compliance, and security governance requirements through reporting and remediation efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Identity Security, IAM, and Privileged Access Management roles. • Expert-level hands-on knowledge of BeyondTrust PAM (Bomgar) deployments and operations. • Strong understanding of IAM protocols and directory services including LDAP, SSO, and RSA Authentication. • Practical experience with CA SiteMinder and application access controls. • Proficient in troubleshooting complex PAM/IAM and secure access issues. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional technology and security teams.
