📋 Description

• Responsible for attending, nurturing and converting qualified leads acquired via Instagram and WhatsApp. • Configure and monitor intelligent customer service automations using the ManyChat (Instagram) and BotConversa (WhatsApp) platforms. • Respond to leads via Instagram, WhatsApp and the internal system with a welcoming, polite and personalized approach. • Reply to messages, comments and interactions within 15 minutes, always maintaining a humanized and consistent tone. • Convert leads into appointments through consultative selling, empathy and strategic communication. • Nurture relationships, accompanying the patient from first contact through scheduling. • Organize information in spreadsheets, reports and internal systems. • Propose improvements to digital customer service processes. • Maintain full adherence to the doctor's values: ethics, transparency and genuine care for vision and quality of life. • Create, adjust and monitor intelligent automation flows on the ManyChat and BotConversa platforms, optimizing service efficiency. • Engage with potential patients on social networks, responding to messages, comments and mentions quickly, professionally and in line with the brand voice. • Work in direct alignment with the marketing team and clinical staff, proposing continuous improvements to service flows and the patient experience. • Bring creative insights to increase reach, engagement and follower retention.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma. • Excellent written and verbal communication, command of standard Portuguese, and ability to adapt to the brand voice. • Experience with digital sales, social selling or inside sales, focused on relationship building and lead conversion. • Skill in humanized customer service, preferably with experience in medical clinics or the healthcare sector (a plus). • Familiarity with digital tools, especially social media, WhatsApp, ManyChat, BotConversa or similar messaging automation platforms. • Comfortable with technology, strong logical reasoning and agility to solve problems autonomously. • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks without losing focus on results. • Intermediate knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, with analytical ability to interpret data and propose improvements. • Dynamic, strategic, proactive and results-oriented profile. • Alignment with the role's values: excellence in service, integrity, empathy, innovation and responsibility. • Availability to work flexibly, with attention to interactions at varied hours when necessary.
