📋 Description
• Support, align, and manage franchisee organizations in the real estate process • Collaborate with team members in the assessment and execution of strategic market plans • Source and evaluate real estate opportunities to present to franchisees • Manage administration of critical departmental functions
🎯 Requirements
• 4-year degree in real estate, business, or related discipline • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial real estate management in a multi-unit retail or QSR environment • Experience in development involving independent franchisees is strongly preferred • Knowledge of commercial real estate principles associated with multi-unit development, including financial analysis and lease administration • Must have experience and proficiency with industry-standard mapping and analytic software, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
