• Lead development of visual and semantic concepts for new content, including workouts and app experiences. • Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and user behavior studies focused on content formats and preferences. • Identify emerging trends in wellness and content to inspire innovative production choices. • Formulate and test content hypotheses using qualitative and quantitative data before scaling production. • Own the full production cycle — from concept and scheduling to shoots and post-production. • Organize and direct various shoot types: large-scale, test, mobile, and international. • Maintain content production calendars to ensure on-time and efficient delivery. • Oversee all stages (pre, production, post) to ensure consistency and high standards. • Act as the guardian of our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all content formats. • Define and implement clear visual standards, mood boards, and technical guides. • Promote inclusive representation — ensuring diversity in age, body type, and ethnicity. • Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to align content with product goals. • Advocate for creative decisions with clear reasoning and impact on UX and brand. • Oversee workflows, contracts, and payments for freelancers and content assistants. • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of feedback and learning. • Proficient in post-production tools (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve). • Leverage AI tools (e.g., GPT, Veo, MidJourney, HeyGen) to boost creativity and productivity. • Use analytics dashboards (YouTube Studio, Google Analytics) to drive content decisions.
• 10+ years of experience in a Content Producer or similar role with a standout portfolio. • Deep understanding of end-to-end video production, from planning to editing. • Experience in content strategy based on user research and performance data. • Strong organizational skills and history of managing large teams and complex projects. • Expert in editing software with a sharp eye for visual/brand alignment. • Familiarity with content testing, hypothesis building, and data-informed creativity. • Strategic mindset and passion for health, fitness, and wellness trends.
