📋 Description

• Translate clinical research, regulatory, and pharmacovigilance documents from English to Spanish (LatAm) • Perform Machine Translation Post-Editing (MTPE) on machine-translated safety content • Copy edit translated and post-edited content for accuracy, tone, and consistency • Meet strict, non-extendable turnaround times for time-sensitive content • Work within the client's CAT tool environment (XTM/Phrase) • Use Track Changes in Microsoft Word according to project-specific setup instructions • Translate clinical research documents such as protocols, synopses, IB, ICF, patient sheets, and patient diaries • Translate regulatory documents such as SmPC, PIL, labels, and CTD modules • Translate pharmacovigilance documents such as PSUR, DSUR, RMP, SAE, and AE

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced English into Spanish (LatAm) linguist specializing in clinical-trial, pharmacovigilance, and regulatory document translation • Applicant must meet at least one of the following: a degree in Translation, Linguistics, or Language Studies (or equivalent); a recognized graduate qualification in another field plus at least two years of full-time professional translation experience; or at least five years of full-time professional translation experience • At least two years of practical translation experience specifically with life sciences (clinical trials and pharmacovigilance) and medical documents • Familiarity with CAT tools (XTM/Phrase) • Familiarity with Track Changes in Microsoft Word • Willingness to complete an assessment as part of onboarding and quality procedures • Latest English CV must reflect Life Sciences and Medical translation experience, years of Life Sciences experience, translated document types, CAT tools used, and contact information including email and phone number
