📋 Description

• Support video quality operations for Welocalize’s AI-enabled multilingual content and localization services • Troubleshoot video and system playback issues • Identify trends and propose short- and long-term solutions • Respond quickly and decisively to video-related issues • Work with digital video and audio in a high-volume, fast-paced, changing environment • Work scheduled Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday shifts • Collaborate with the Welocalize team in the UK

🎯 Requirements

• British Sign Language (BSL) is required • Strong technical video knowledge and a background in video editing • Passion for digital video and knowledge of the film and TV industry • Thorough working knowledge of common technical issues in digital video and audio • 2–4 years of experience working with digital video • Ability to troubleshoot video/system playback issues • Ability to identify trends and propose short- and long-term solutions • Track record of responding quickly and decisively to issues • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of subscription video content services and familiarity with their product offerings • Intermediate to advanced spreadsheet knowledge • Valid work authorization for the UK with no need for sponsorship • Willingness to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, changing environment • Professional/advanced proficiency in another language is optional but valuable
