📋 Description

• Welo Data works with technology companies to provide datasets that are high-quality, ethically sourced, relevant, diverse, and scalable to supercharge their AI models. • ANNOTATION & LABELLING: Transcription, summarization, image and video classification and labeling. • ENHANCING LLMs: Prompt engineering, SFT, RLHF, red teaming and adversarial model training, model output ranking. • DATA COLLECTION & GENERATION: From institutional languages to remote field audio collection. • RELEVANCE & INTENT: Culturally nuanced and aware, ranking, relevance, and evaluation to train models for search, ads, and LLM output. • In this role, you will set the standard for digital content, specifically for Spanish as spoken in Catalan. • You will review real-world data to improve the content to the highest quality. • Content you will review includes: Mobile and smart TV apps, AI assistant responses, Music, videos, books, and podcasts. • Your work will directly impact the experience for end-users worldwide.

🎯 Requirements

• Required: Linguistic competency in Canadian French and English equal to CEFR C2 • Required: Must be located in Canada • Required: Must be able to commit to a minimum of 4 hours of work per week (as data volumes allow) • Required: Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect proprietary and confidential information • Preferred: Broad cultural literacy and media awareness across generations and demographics • Preferred: Understanding of digital content ecosystems and distribution channels • Preferred: Understanding of online community dynamics and trends • Preferred: Deep interest and knowledge in modern technological developments
