• Lead and participate in all phases of the SAP FICO implementation lifecycle, including blueprinting, fit/gap analysis, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. • Design and implement best-practice SAP FICO business processes, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules. • Configure, optimize, and refine SAP FICO solutions using SAP Activate methodology. • Collaborate with technical teams on configuration, development, and data migration activities. • Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through transformation initiatives and driving adoption. • Travel regionally during critical project phases to ensure successful implementation and effective collaboration with teams and end-users.
• 3+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience, including implementation, rollout, and support on SAP S/4HANA. • Strong functional expertise in FI & CO, with proven experience in cross-module integration. • Excellent English communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Willingness to travel during key project milestones. • Understanding of SAP AI and Embedded Analytics within S/4HANA. • Current SAP certification in FI, CO, or both.
