📋 Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities • Create and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company objectives • Negotiate and close high-value deals with enterprise-level clients • Implement and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • 7+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a sales management role • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate sales teams • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels • Advanced negotiation and closing skills, particularly for high-value contracts • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities • In-depth understanding of sales forecasting and performance metrics • Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies • Industry-specific knowledge and understanding of market trends (preferred) • Sales management certifications (preferred)
