📋 Description

• Own strategy and program development for influencer initiatives in support of brand and product priorities • Drive cultural relevance for brands while unlocking meaningful, creator-powered revenue • Build influencer programs that create advocacy movements and spark community love • Cultivate meaningful creator and advocate relationships that go beyond one-off partnerships • Demonstrate deep understanding of regional consumer trends and adapt global programs • Identify, recruit, and onboard a diverse team of influencers • Provide ongoing support, creative direction, and motivation to optimize performance • Create memorable brand moments that drive conversion • Stay up to date with platforms, tools, and trends in the influencer economy • Forecast, track, measure and report all efforts for ongoing optimization • Manage program budget, negotiate partnership terms, and handle contracts and payments • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing regional team • Serve as the voice of strategic vision, best practices and education for the team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field • 10+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within a consumer product organization, or fast paced consumer goods industry, with a focus on integrated campaign activation • Demonstrable experience driving success in large, matrixed organizations • Experience managing, developing, and motivating a team, and creating or promoting a consumer-centric culture • Excellent analytical and commercial acumen with a track record of making data-driven decisions • Experience with omnichannel marketing strategies and familiarity with localization strategies • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills • Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels • Strong understanding of regional consumer behavior and landscape • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and retail activation strategies • Experience working with global brands and cross-cultural teams • Multilingual capabilities or experience working across diverse markets.
