📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance front end UI • Build and maintain shared component libraries and design-system assets that serve multiple Mobility applications • Work with senior engineers to co-develop systems designs, and drive alignment with other engineers • Write automated unit tests, integration tests, end-to-end tests, concurrency tests, load/performance tests • Work with tech leads and senior engineers to identify bottlenecks, outline tech debt, and implement incremental scalability, and stability improvements • Implement automation frameworks for testing, monitoring, auto-scaling, continuous integration and deployment to reduce time to market • Collaborate with cross-functional team members, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to define and implement new features • Conduct code reviews (comment, approve, seek revisions, merge), and actively learn engineering best practices • Dive deep and troubleshoot complex issues, devise fixes, author root cause analysis documents, and ensure lasting performance and reliability • Maintain documentation (design docs, run books, change management docs, and readiness plans) • Provide live-site support for production applications by monitoring systems, ensuring rapid incident resolution, and driving continuous improvement • Gain hands-on experience with automation and AI-driven solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering • Professional experience in software engineering • Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks; e.g. Angular (preferred), React • Strong skills in web scripting languages; e.g. TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, or CSS3/SASS • Experience consuming and testing RESTful or GraphQL APIs • Understanding of web security fundamentals (authentication, authorization, and data protection) • Familiarity with Git, automated testing frameworks, and CI/CD workflows • Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a focus on user experience and maintainability • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a collaborative and empathetic mindset • Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms, object-oriented design, and problem-solving skills • Advanced English communication skills
