📋 Description
• Collaborate with Product and UX Team Lead to translate concepts into user flows, visualizations, and prototypes • Deliver wireframes and visualizations optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces • Make strategic design and user-experience recommendations related to core and new functions and features • Identify workflow and experience problems, and suggest elegant solutions • Ensure a user-centered design approach, rapid test and learn methodology • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders • Ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree with studies relevant to digital experience creation • Solid experience as a UX Designer, or similar UX related role • Expert level with the following tools: Figma, Google Suite • Working knowledge in Sketch, Invision, Creative Cloud • Strong understanding of mobile-first approach, experience designing based on personas • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment with rapidly shifting priorities • Good communication skills including written, verbal and presentation to leadership audiences.
