👻 Ghost score 18%

What it means: how likely this posting is sitting open without active hiring. How to read it: 60% or higher means we think this is a ghost. Lower scores are less of a worry. How we score it: age, reposts, open roles vs team size, how fast jobs close, and whether pay is listed.Fine print: an estimate from public data, not a judgment of the company. Real jobs can score high, so treat it as a hint, not a fact.

Whitespace is a mission-focused company building intelligence analysis tools for defense and national intelligence operators. Their flagship product, Iris, is an intelligence analysis agent that delivers answers on mission timelines and is built on activity-based intelligence tradecraft; Whitespace says Iris is trusted across seven combatant commands and is available as pilots for qualifying mission partners. They also offer Worldline, a city-scale digital twin that simulates populations and real sensor activity so analysts can train and operators can rehearse missions without real-world risk. Whitespace emphasizes hiring people with direct intelligence mission experience, has supported the intelligence community since 2017, and positions itself as closing the gap between what analysts know and what operators need.
