WhiteTech positions itself as a fast‑to‑market, enterprise B2B fintech SaaS provider and technical services partner (it does not operate transactional accounts itself).

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive business analysis for diverse fintech projects and initiatives • Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies for benchmarking purposes • Collect and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders and focus groups • Develop detailed use cases, user stories, and documentation outlining product features and functionalities • Identify and address gaps in current products and processes • Work with third-party developers to integrate API and SDK products • Provide technical support to internal sales, operations units, and partner engineering teams • Participate in troubleshooting, testing, launching, and monitoring solutions post-integration • Create technical documentation, integration manuals, guidelines, user manuals, and training materials for clients • Manage internal knowledge transfer and conduct product demonstrations to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field • At least 3 years experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager • Familiarity with both B2B and B2C environments • Knowledge of business analysis requirements, project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools • Understanding of basic usability principles and UI/UX design (Figma) • Experience with SQL and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript • Strong proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Miro, UML, and Google tools (Docs, Sheets, etc.) • Experience in creating mockups and sketches for user interfaces • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Understanding of Agile methodologies • Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills • At least an Upper-intermediate level of English
