📋 Description

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and executives • Contribute to product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with customer objectives and priorities • Manage, mentor, coach, and support the team • Plan and manage Business Analysis resources • Track and report delivery progress against the roadmap and adjust it when priorities or dependencies change • Elicit business and user needs, capture high-level requirements, and prioritize them with the product team • Lead a team of business analysts and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager in B2B or B2C, including desktop and mobile projects • Knowledge of business analysis requirements, project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools • Understanding of basic usability principles and UI/UX design, including experience with Figma • Experience with SQL and a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Ability to work with API documentation and knowledge of API integration principles and best practices • Strong proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Miro, and UML or similar tools • Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau • Experience creating mockups and sketches for user interfaces • Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience leading a Business Analysis team of 10–12 members • Understanding of Agile methodologies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • At least Upper-intermediate English proficiency • Experience with Web/Mobile/Cloud platforms would be a plus • Experience with third-party integrations would be a plus
