• Develop the strategic direction behind UK and US commercial strategy • Turn category, market, retail and DTC data into recommendations on portfolio, pricing and promotion • Model promotional discount depths and recommend mechanics to leadership • Build portfolio recommendations for new retailer pitches, including pack sizes and price points • Analyze DTC promotional campaign performance and recommend improvements • Optimize Amazon pack and box sizes for shipping efficiency • Contribute insights to UK and US annual planning with regional GMs • Report to the GM of Commercial Strategy + Insight • Collaborate with regional retail, DTC, Supply Chain and Finance teams to grow the UK and US businesses profitably
• Ability to conduct detailed analysis and translate findings into strategic recommendations • Experience across both retail and direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels • Ability to build actionable recommendations • Comfort building models in spreadsheets • Ability to present trade-offs to senior stakeholders and regional GMs • Ability to manage competing priorities and challenge assumptions using data • Ability to quickly learn new systems and business contexts • Confidence making decisions on live, high-stakes projects • Willingness to ask for help when needed • Alignment with the company’s purpose-led mission
